Meet Olivia McEwen, a registered clinical counsellor with over ten years of experience in mental health. Olivia is passionate about helping individuals heal from disordered eating, body image issues, and empowering them to reclaim their connection with mind-body-spirit. She believes that everyone has the power to create positive change in their lives, and her aim is to collaborate with clients to identify their strengths, embody their values, and develop practical tools to achieve their goals.
