I'm Milana and I'm a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). I meet you where you are currently so that you can first feel understood and comfortable. We then work together to uncover your areas of strength, as well as any barriers to your goals so that you learn how to live your life in a way that aligns with your values, needs and wants.
