Description
Jen works primarily with children and adolescents, providing a safe and comfortable environment to help work through their struggles. She is passionate about helping families learn effective and respectful communication skills so they can form healthy relationships built on trust and connection. She believes that we all have the ability within to meet our potential, and sometimes we just need some help figuring out how to do it. Jen provides youth counselling, parent coaching and EMDR Therapy. She is available for online and in person sessions.

Full service therapy practice with 12 therapists and 3 counselling interns. We offer affordable therapy through the interns, and specialized counselling through our registered counsellors. Currently our therapists specialize in youth & children's therapy, complex trauma & grief and loss counselling, relationship therapy, sexual addiction therapy, addictions counselling, internal family systems, women's issues and much more. We have one therapist who offers counselling in French or English.
