Description
I'm a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) accepting new clients online and in-person. Utilizing talk therapy and EMDR, I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, addiction, compulsion, phobias, grief, stress, personality and behavioural issues. I use a person-centered approach, meaning that you are in control of your own therapeutic journey. We will work together to uncover the root cause of your presenting issues with the goal of decreasing symptom severity, and developing new, healthy, and sustainable coping mechanisms to manage current and future triggers
