I work from a trauma-informed perspective, and I connect best with both individual clients as well as couples struggling in the areas of trauma, anxiety, shame, attachment, boundaries, relationships. A sense of comfort and safety is important as you begin sharing your story. You can expect to be welcomed into a quiet, warm space.

Every client is unique in their experiences. While I bring a trauma-informed perspective into all sessions, I also integrate a person-centered approach…you will be safe, seen, valued, accepted, and never judged.

Our address is 8661 201 Street, Langley.

We are in the Regus building just off 200 Street in Langley. Park in Customer Parking Lot which is between the Starbucks and Regus buildings.

Enter the building from the front (adjacent to customer parking) main doors and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. You will come out at main reception but do not need to check in. Please make yourself comfortable in our seating area - Ashleigh will come get you at the start of your appointment time.
