Rebecca’s path to art therapy began through her own healing journey, where she discovered the profound wisdom and clarity that creative expression can offer. She believes that healing is a layered and deeply personal process—one that often calls us into new and unfamiliar spaces. With care and respect, she supports others in navigating this journey by helping them reconnect with their innate inner wisdom. In her practice, she gently weaves together the healing modalities of art therapy & Reiki. She honors each person’s unique story and inner guidance, creating a safe and sacred space to heal.
