Description
Hey, I’m Arin! I am a Counselling Therapist with a dual Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy. This means I am trained to work with traditional talk therapy in combination with creative arts-based interventions. My approach is casual and authentic, and I find deep meaning in the work I do with my clients. I mostly work with somatic, arts-based and feminist philosophies in order to help you integrate and rediscover personal strength in the face of adversity.
