Description
Counselling, for me, is about creating a space where you feel safe to bring both your struggles and your strengths. I believe healing begins when you are met with compassion, curiosity, and the freedom to be yourself. As a South Asian woman and immigrant, I know what it’s like to carry expectations, navigate transitions, and hold different parts of identity at once. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth and respect as we untangle what feels heavy and move towards clarity, connection, and a sense of ease.
