Description

I enjoy learning about what really matters to a person because I believe that we live and function better when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I care about meeting clients where they are at and exploring the values and relationships that they find most meaningful. I love incorporating nature and animals (especially horses) in the therapeutic journey because I have found that learning through movement and experience can be a powerful part of healing.
