I work with people whose challenges are getting in the way of their work performance, relationships, or health so they can regain balance in their lives and feel like themselves again.

Within our counselling relationship, I focus on building a safe relationship with you where you can feel heard and understood. I prioritize building a connection by finding out what your therapy goals are and getting your feedback on a regular basis. My goal is to provide the tools you need to take steps towards feeling better. 

My previous clients have described me as warm, calm, attentive and reflective.
