Description
Complex childhood experiences, accumulated stress and multiple relationship- and life demands can often lead to burnout and feelings of being overwhelmed. I have personal experience as well as work experience with attachment injuries, trauma, chronic pain , anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I believe that life can be experienced abundantly, in triumph and tribulation. I am passionate about walking alongside with you to restore broken relationships within yourself and with others.
