I bring empathy, encouragement and support, as well as my experience as a team lead and a mentor into the therapy room. I start with a comprehensive assessment, where we collaboratively set goals for our work together. I continuously monitor our progress and ask for your feedback and I and adjust my approach uniquely to your needs.

By creating an open and safe setting, I guide you in exploring who you are and how you can draw strength from your past, even if it is a traumatic one. I'm here for you by empathizing and by facilitating your growth, as well by taking the lead when you need a hand.

Summary

If you are coping with anxiety, depression, burnout, poor life satisfaction, high self-expectations, or difficulties in social situations, I'm here to help. As a software developer turned counsellor, I also offer expert support with career development. I believe that everyone deserves to be their true self - my greatest passion is helping others to show up confidently, authentically, and with a sense of balance.

Sessions cost C$75 (tax included). You may be covered via your Extended Healthcare Insurance. I also offer a free 15-minute intro call.
