Description
In my 30's I had a series of health crises. I felt like I was losing control of my body and my life - not to mention my mind. When I came up for air, and back to myself, I discovered a passionate curiosity about neurophysiology, neurobiology and mental health. Mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Wholeness and wellness are embodied - and reflected - in safe authentic connection to self, others, nature and spirit. It is my great privilege to walk with others who desire to live whole and authentic lives in right relationship with all of life.
