Description
I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT, CCC) and Music Therapist (MTA) with training in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and more. I am privileged to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma and watch them finally surmount their struggles. As a trained Music Therapist, I am always interested in how creativity can help in ways that talking cannot.
