I offer supportive sessions that are uniquely tailored to meet your needs so you feel supported, validated and heard. I am a Certified Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist and offer integrative therapy of both clinical hypnosis and mindfulness practices, as well as compassion focused therapy. When working with couples/relationships, my approach is based on the Couples Developmental Model. Another area of passion and interest is bringing about understanding and developing tools and strategies to deal with ADD (Certified ADHD Professional Training).
