Description
As a former first responder, truck driver, and laborer, I offer a mixed bag of work and life experience. Because of that experience, I developed a deep care and compassion for people with a variety of stories, particularly those carrying the weight of trauma. I mostly work with individuals and couples, and I do so from and Emotionally Focused therapeutic lens (EFT). Clients often describe me as calm, grounding, gentle, and insightful with a disarming sense of humor in the midst of difficult moments. Whatever you are struggling with, my hope is to help you out of the stuck place you are in.
