This is where therapy can help, my goal is to create a space for you to feel you can be yourselves so we can begin to find solutions so you can find joy and connection again.
I’m a Solution-Focused therapist that will help you find sensible, effective, and practical solutions to your problems. I want to support you to discover problem-solving skills so that you can take on and resolve your struggles.

Summary

Therapy Collective is a women owned and women ran collaborative private practice offering you Counselling Therapy. Our aim in creating this collective was to merge our strengths as practitioners to be able to offer you complete wellness using the multi disciplinary approach to therapy. Multidisciplinary clinics are built based on the idea that there will be a variety of therapists from different disciplines all collaborating on supporting the health and wellness of their clients together.
We currently have six wonderful therapists for you to choose from. We look forward to meeting you!
