Innovation of services and skills proven from the sands of Afghanistan and in the first responder communities of Canada, that's what I'm offering you. I've worked with leaders and teams deploying to Afghanistan. I've worked with professionals bringing safety and security to our streets in Canada. Summary
My north stars are Carl Rogers, who taught a client-centered approach based on unconditional positive regard. His perspective dovetails completely with my mentor, Rick Carson, whose process of Gremlin Taming reignites your heart-of-hearts. Lastly, the team of Germer and Neff have taught me the importance of mindful self-compassion as a crucial life skill. The evidence is in and the research is solid. Mindful awareness of our emotional response is fundamental to creating a rich, rewarding and fulfilling life experiene. I've got the tools to provide the change you seek.
