Rachael is a warm and bright therapist who works with individuals (16+) and couples. She provides a safe, gentle environment where clients feel respected and heard. She really shines in her work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, cultural exploration, self-identity, and relationships. She draws on aspects of diverse modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Adlerian, and Strength-based approaches.
