Description

I am Su and I am a trauma-informed therapist who specialize in working with clients who have issues with complex PTSD, attachment trauma and/or ADHD. 

I also have a special interest in working with clients who have issues with anxiety (panic, generalized, OCD) and depression (SAD, MDD, PMDD). 

At the moment, I am offering mostly virtual appointments but if you are a UNB student, there is space for an in person meeting located on the second floor of the C. C. Jones Student Services Centre.

Summary

At The Therapy Nest, we specialize in working from a trauma-informed lens in order to help you accelerate your mental health healing journey. We work with both neurotypicals and neurodivergents when it comes to mental health needs and my goal is to be culturally, racially and gender sensitive in order to hold my clients in a safe metaphorical nest. We believe in providing copious amounts of psychoeducation and personal engagement in order to develop a strong therapeutic alliance.
