Description

I will aim to provide you a comforting and non-judgemental space for you to begin to better understand your thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences, and ultimately yourself. In this space, whether in person or virtual, you will be encouraged to show up as you are and be met with compassion, care, and respect. I offer both counselling and coaching services.

I understand the thought of facing your unique challenges and/or grief and loss may be scary and even intimidating, but by committing to the process you will cultivate the knowledge, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward.
