The Counselling HUB – Helping. Understanding. Belonging.

The HUB provides therapy for trauma, life transitions, addiction, and relationship issues. We use IFS, DBT, EFT, somatic, and attachment-based approaches to help clients heal at the root. In-person sessions in Nanaimo and virtual across BC. You don’t have to face it alone—compassionate, skilled support is here.
