At Mah's Counselling my goal is to provide confidential, compassionate and caring counseling for those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and addictions (sex, porn, drugs, and alcohol. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families. You do not have to walk this journey of recovery alone and it is possible to recover.
