Warm, non-judgemental, and empathetic counselling therapist. I have experience working with individuals who have survived various forms of trauma. My first priority is to help you establish a sense of safety and stability before processing the trauma.

 Another area of interest for me is working with youth and young adults. Areas of focus typically include anxiety/depression, trauma, anger-management, suicidal ideation, and self-esteem.
