Description
My priority is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable exploring the unknown within a supportive relationship. Whether you are on a healing journey, building your tools and coping skills, exploring emotions, or processing trauma, we can work together using a variety of counselling techniques. I use an approach that validates your life experiences, honours you as the expert of your own history, and focuses on your strengths. I centre counselling around building a strong, supportive relationship. We will explore what type of support best meets your needs and goals.
