Sylvia brings over 20 years of therapeutic practice working with individuals, couples and family members concerned for the well-being of a loved one. She is an experienced therapist who uses an eclectic, integrative approach that is both holistic and strengths based. Sylvia is a Registered Professional Counsellor and is certified as a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. Sylvia received her Applied Counselling Certificate from the University of Manitoba and has completed advanced trauma training with the ICISF, Baltimore, MD.
