Brenda Zimmeman is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology who is dedicated to helping people empower themselves and create meaningful change within a safe environment. Brenda uses a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and the Internal Family Systems model of psychotherapy to support clients through their presenting concerns, learn to regulate emotions, develop helpful thinking patterns, change behavior and improve communication.
