I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with expertise in supporting children, parents, and families. I specialize in providing attachment-focused mental health treatment for clients who are struggling with a range of mental health concerns. Such concerns may include emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, relationship breakdowns, and severe mental health concerns or diagnosis. Using Expressive Play Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and other empirically-supported interventions, I empower children and families to achieve emotional well-being and resilience in the entire family unit.
