Description
Whether you struggle with anxiety, ADHD, or depression, or have been using substances to cope, overwhelming feelings and numbing behaviours are often related to negative thoughts, constantly going on in the background. I help my clients gain freedom from unhelpful thoughts and to develop positive ways of coping so that you can actually enjoy life. I believe that our past and the environment we were raised in contributes to how we show up in the present. I am trained in EMDR, which is a unique way of helping people process past experiences so that they do not have to live with painful symptoms.
