I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in the West End, serving the entire Lower Mainland. I practice a bio-psycho-social approach to mental health, addressing the interconnected aspects of well-being & functioning. I currently work with the Fraser Health Authority primarily with youth experiencing severe acute mental health conditions. In my private practice, I strive for a balanced approach that combines innovative thinking with proven experience and a keen sense of curiosity. I view each client as an individual, facing distinct challenges. I offer virtual and walk & talk sessions.
