Description
Working through trauma can be an overwhelming task. Fear, anxiety, depression can all result from our life experiences that we encounter. I know working through trauma can be extremely difficult and painful. I provide a non-judgemental and supportive environment for you to feel seen and heard while exploring these painful experiences. I am committed to working alongside you through your healing journey. I offer an effective therapy through CBT and emotional processing. It helps to calm those racing thoughts and work through the stress.
