THERAPY WITH ME MAY LOOK AND FEEL A LITTLE DIFFERENT! 
I like to call our sessions 'Intentional Therapy'.
In the first few weeks I get to know and understand you. What your goals are. Your patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back and even your internal family system, both present and childhood. 
Together we dismantle limited beliefs, work on your therapy goals and lean into living authentically.
Using a combination of Somatic Therapy, Relational and Psychotherapy in a trusted and safe relationship, you can meet your goals. I am excited to support you.

Summary

I offer in person therapy from a cozy office in Ambleside, West Vancouver, BC. Close to Park Royal shopping centre. 
I also offer online sessions so you can be in familiar and sometimes more practical surrounding for our weekly meetings.
