Description
I currently offer individual mental health counselling in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. However, I am able to provide virtual sessions to people all over the province, both through video calls or over the phone. In sessions with me you can expect a collaborative effort. You know better than anyone else what feels safe for you and we'll use that to guide our sessions. Clients of mine are often able to reconnect with themselves in a way that develops trust, self compassion and regain that excited feeling about life.
