Welcome, I provide a healing space for others on the journey to embodying more wholeness. I am here to help you heal. I am a licensed Clinical Counsellor, Somatic Attachment Psychotherapist & Meditation teacher providing counselling services online as well as in person in Burnaby, BC as well as in nature settings for nature-based therapy experiences. I help you heal the adult and childhood trauma that’s getting in the way of your personal and relationship security & fulfillment. We get to the root of your struggles by applying a relationship centered approach that supports your mental health.

We're next to the Production Way – University Sky Train in Burnaby East; Suite 501, 3292 Production Way. 

Free parking may be found further up the street (3-5 minute walk from the building). You will find paid parking on the streets closer to the building as well as in the underground parkade (open until 7pm).

Upon entering the building, please make your way to the 5th floor to the Boss business center in suite #501 and check in with the receptionist for your apppointment.
