My extensive training and background as a parent, teacher, mediator and advocate, gives me the tools to guide you on your healing journey. I can help you feel more in control of your thoughts and behaviours and coach you on how to communicate better and improve relationships. It IS possible to achieve a sense of emotional well-being.
