Description
Through my professional training and experience, I support individuals (18+), couples, and families navigating relationship challenges such as infidelity, communication issues, emotional distance, parenting stress, and major transitions like separation or divorce. I also work with families involved with the legal system, helping them navigate emotional and relational impacts. I use evidence based techniques for anxiety, depression, stress, intense emotions, low confidence and trauma My focus is to teach practical skills for meaningful change while fostering acceptance and self-compassion.
