Description
Hello, I am Sheynaz (she/her), and I am pleased to offer my services as a Counselling Therapist. My services will be offered only online. I developed a client-centered, nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive, and socially just therapy attitude through my education, professional background, and personal encounters. In their own lives and experiences, clients are the real experts. Using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, I will assist them in identifying their strengths, creating new understandings about their lives, gaining insight, and developing effective coping mechanisms.
