Kate has over 40 years experience working with individuals, children, families and couples. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with additional certifications in EMDR, IFS, Infant Mental Health, and Trauma.
Kate is a caring, compassionate, and culturally sensitive professional who has a client-centred approach. Her areas of interest include relationships, anxiety, depression, Infant mental health, complex trauma, individuals with special needs, PTSD, and developmental trauma. She offers a variety of approaches including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, and CBT

We provide professional counselling throughout BC and many parts of Canada.  All our counsellors are certified and work with a client centred approach.  Our team has a variety of skills and are trained in IFS, EMDR, Art therapy, somatic therapies, DBT, and others.  We work with children, families, individuals and couples to help you reach your personal goals.  Whether you are dealing with a challenging life transition, need help with improving your relationship, or are dealing with past trauma, we are there to help.
