Experiences that traumatize us, experiences that make us question who we are, and experiences that challenge our sense of belonging and worth - happen to all of us. My goal is to provide you the safe space, security and professional expertise to work through and strengthen your sense of self and positive well-being. I work with children, youth, adults and families. In addition, I specialize in working with individuals and families that have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.

My goal is to offer you a safe space and professional expertise to help you navigate these challenges and strengthen your sense of self and overall well-being. I work from a place of genuine curiosity. Things are often not as they appear and my role is to help you to uncover, analyze and reconcile what is standing in your way. I have 20 years experience in the helping profession, 14 years as a therapist. I had advanced training in EMDR therapy.
