Description
When you feel that life has handed you more than you can handle, it can be overwhelming. Whether you are grappling with anxiety or stress, or depression, you don't need to suffer alone. Long-term struggles with anxiety have long-term effects. Slowly one comes to realize how it manifests, you may feel it in your quality of sleep, your relationships, in your body and feeling like your on auto-pilot.
