At Safe Harbour you will find a warm, approachable environment to explore your concerns through easy therapeutic conversation and judgement-free listening. My overarching style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. Let me do the heavy lifting, you just bring you. I bring over 20 years of experience helping individuals through personal and family challenges. I work with adults, youth and children. I hold a degree in Child and Youth Care, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I will support you as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself, through personal growth.

I can help you identify goals and remove barriers, allowing you to move forward with greater calm, clarity, confidence, and connection. To start the conversation, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation with me, either in-person or virtually, or book your first 60-minute appointment. Fees are $120 per 1-hour session for individuals (plus $6 GST).
