In my work as a therapist I have witnessed that when people find a space where they feel safe to share their experiences and connect their thoughts, feelings and behaviors - they can better understand what they need and how to move through difficulties. I provide a space where people can be seen, heard and understood in these painful experiences. I implement tools such as mindfulness and body awareness as strategies to regulate difficult emotions.
