Description
I’m a dedicated counsellor offering compassionate, collaborative care for individuals, couples, and families, grounded in holistic well-being. I hold a Master’s in Counselling and Psychology, and work from a client-centered, trauma-informed lens, tailoring each session to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of my clients. I draw from a variety of approaches, including Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Therapy, and the Gottman Method. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
