I work inclusively with people from all walks of life, all genders, sexual orientations, cultures and spiritual backgrounds. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling and Human Development. In my work I have helped my clients face a wide range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, childhood trauma, perfectionism, academic and career concerns, adjustment and phase of life issues, family and relationship difficulties, and suicidal ideation along with many other concerns.
