I seek to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if right fit for you. I am into arts, fitness, tennis, dance, music and travel. I have lived in Shanghai, New York, Montreal and Florida.

I offer online, in person, email and walk&talk therapy.
