Description
I take a person-centered approach to counselling and I believe in honoring a client’s strengths and incorporating these strengths into the journey toward healthy growth and change. I believe that we all have within us the innate ability to heal ourselves and that every person is capable of change. Through my work as a counsellor I have had the privilege of witnessing incredible resiliency and I am always inspired by clients capacity for growth and healing. I am honoured to be able to walk alongside clients on their journey toward wellness.
