Description
I provide a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic space for you to come exactly as you are. I recognize that this will look and feel differently each day, and that’s ok. I’ve got you. Sessions with me include working together, using evidence-based interventions with a particular emphasis on trauma-informed care. I know that one of the most powerful experiences is to be seen and accepted just as we are. I believe that we are all worthy of love and belonging, and that includes you! If you’d like to learn more about how I can help you to heal and grow, please reach out! I’d love to to hear from you.
