My approach is holistic, relational, experiential, somatic, and transpersonal, trauma informed, ancestral and anti oppressive. I have navigated cultural & generational trauma, shame, stigma, domestic abuse and discrimination. I will work with you, for you to discover your own innate wisdom & knowing. I am passionate to support all women.
It would be my honour to create a safe, loving space to heal.
