I am an art therapist specializing in youth, teen and adults.  Art therapy is helpful for those who have difficulty with traditional talk therapy.  

In art therapy we use art materials to express, explore and investigate issues that are arising in your life.  Then gaining an understanding by observing what is depicted in each session.

There is NO prior art experience necessary to use art therapy, just a willingness to experiment and create.
