I am Registered Clinical Counsellor, educator, and therapist specializing in supporting individuals navigate planned and unexpected educational, career, and life transitions. I recognize that everyone approaches change with a unique set of values, beliefs, and past experiences. It’s also true that each change in our lives comes with a variety of thoughts, feelings, and consequences that vary from person to person. My priority as your counsellor will be to create a safe space where you can explore your options, identify your strengths, and understand the challenges ahead.
